But wait…will AI take over my sales role?

As AI is becoming more and more sophisticated and specialized, the question arises will the same technology take over our sales jobs? Author and entrepreneur Martin Ford confirms this trend in his book Rise of the Robots, that the new AI technology will very soon overhaul our economy. LeadGenius co-founder Anand Kulkarni even predicts that in around ten years’ time salespeople’s jobs will be replaced by AI. Let’s be clear here: My personal believe is that neither sales, nor the salespeople who run the show will vanish. Don’t think of drastic layoffs, but more think of transformation of how salesforces are working today. It’s the sales process itself which is currently on the brink of disruption and AI technology will push sales teams to conduct sales in a different way.
